On the 6th and 7th of February, our project consortium for ‘Healthy and Productive Hybrid Workplace Environment in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises – Well-beINTeam’ came together for an exciting first meeting in Lublin, Poland! We shared ideas, brainstormed, and laid the groundwork for the next big steps in this groundbreaking initiative.
What’s Next? Creating Tools for the Future of Work!
One of our key upcoming tasks is the creation of two innovative ICT tools aimed at improving hybrid workplaces.
- Psychometric Tool for Measuring Psychological Safety – This tool will assess the individual perception of psychological safety in hybrid teams. It’s all about understanding how safe employees feel and fostering a supportive environment.
- Audit Tool for Organizational Health – Aimed at diagnosing the conditions within SMEs, this tool will evaluate structural, managerial, and organizational aspects needed to enhance psychological safety and improve hybrid work models.
We Need Your Expertise!
To bring these tools to life, we are looking to recruit top-tier professionals:
- For the Psychometric Tool: Business psychologists, psychometric researchers, and HR experts to help craft items and assess their effectiveness.
- For the Audit Tool: Companies for fieldwork and experts to assist with fieldwork and statement evaluations.
