The European project’s ‘Healthy and productive hybrid workplace environment in small and medium-sized enterprises well-beINTeam’ goal is to enhance psychological safety in hybrid teams in SMEs by developing, testing and implementing a complete system of complementary resources and tools centered around interactions and relationships, addressed to team members (leaders, managers, employees), companies and trainers to improve a hybrid team’s performance, well-being, innovation and resilience.

Project Objectives

-Design, develop, test and implement a set of innovative, digital tools and resources to enhance psychological safety in hybrid workplace in SMEs

-Develop team-based skills in hybrid working models

-Foster work engagement, creativity and resilience in hybrid workplace

-Design a new training methodology and cohort-based course platform for SMEs leaders/managers to foster hybrid team psychological safety in favour of an innovative & highly stimulating environment

-Improve managerial competencies for building high-performance teams and improving team processes through developed tools and training patterns

-Increase the capacity and readiness of SMEs in the project countries for organizational changes in their own settings thus building vibrant and flourishing workplaces

-Prevent employee burnout through focus on wellbeing

-Promote businesses focused on the bottom-line where employees are the main asset

-Unlock growth in SMEs

-Support and empower SMEs of all sizes and sectors in adapting to hybrid workplaces

 

Target Groups

Direct groups:

Small and medium sized businesses (small- 10 to 49 employees, medium -50 to 249 employees) within and beyond the project consortium

– SMEs owners, managers, team leaders

– SMEs employees (individual and teams)

– VET providers, trainers, educators

 

Indirect groups:

– VET trainers, educators, certification bodies for managerial training

– associated partners (SMEs, Chamber, associations)

– federations of small business, SMEs associations, representatives of employees and employers – business schools,

consultants, mentors, coaches

– NGOs

– other companies & HR departments

 

The project is implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, with the participation of partners from Poland, Cyprus, Spain and Italy.
