As part of this innovative effort, we are inviting professionals to become reviewers for a groundbreaking project designed to improve psychological safety in professional settings. We are seeking experts with diverse backgrounds, including managers, team leaders, CEOs, and VET trainers, to provide valuable feedback on a draft methodology pack.

The methodology pack aims to enhance organizational training by implementing a robust activity based on the Transantarctic Expedition by Ernest Shackleton. The activity promotes the application of psychological safety concepts through innovative role-play and team-building exercises, fostering critical decision-making skills in high-pressure situations. This resource is intended to guide trainers and facilitators as they lead teams through challenging and transformative learning experiences.

What’s Involved? As a reviewer, your role will be to evaluate the draft methodology pack and provide feedback on its content. We are particularly interested in your thoughts on the effectiveness of the activity in promoting psychological safety, as well as its application in real-world environments.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Review the structure and content of the methodology pack
  • Offer detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Reflect on the practical applicability of the methodology in your area of expertise
  • Help shape the final version, which will be distributed and used by trainers and organizations worldwide
