Our Organization, is organising the following funded seminars:
- LEADERSHIP AND COORDINATION OF DEPARTMENTS WITH THE AIM OF INCREASING PRODUCTIVITY
Those who are responsible for the creation of an effective company and who lead the companies, departments and projects, should have as their most immediate concern the improvement of skills and competencies of each employee.
- ACQUIRING LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO OUR COMPANY
What do customers expect from each company they interact with? Quality service, of course. Therefore, the customer service employees are obliged to provide their customers with the required service, but in a manner that will also alter the customer’s mood.
The above mentioned seminars can be attended by the employees of the business (regardless of the number of employees). The businesses participating with their self-employed employees who fulfil the requirements of the HRDA will also receive the relevant grant.
