We’re excited to launch Fit for the Future, a project co-funded by European Union, aimed at breaking down barriers related to gender, culture, and discrimination in workplaces and educational settings. By fostering diversity and inclusion, the project will empower individuals from all backgrounds, especially women, to thrive in leadership roles.
What are the project’s goals?
Running from December 2024 to May 2027, this project will equip leaders and educators with the tools to create inclusive and supportive environments. Specifically, working with eight partners from seven European countries, Fit for the Future will:
– Raise Awareness
– Foster Inclusive Cultures
– Train Regenerative Leaders who aim at inclusivity and gender equality
– Engage and Inform Community
How will these goals be achieved?
– Staff training on the importance of diversity and inclusion.
– Tools and practices to address biases in workplaces and schools (e.g., Digital Self-Assessment Tool)
– Local campaigns supporting diversity
– Webinars on Diversity and Inclusion
Who Will Benefit?
The project is designed for team leaders, HR managers, educators, entrepreneurs, and future leaders.
