Are You a Female Leader? We’re looking for women leaders to share their stories and we’d love for you to be one of them.
As part of the Erasmus+ Fit for the Future project, we are conducting a series of interviews with female changemakers who are helping shape inclusive, people-centered, and sustainable workplaces and learning environments. Whether you lead a team, a project, or a company, your experience matters.
Why Participate?
By participating in this interview, you’ll contribute to a European initiative to promote regenerative leadership, inclusive practices, and long-term impact in vocational education and training (VET) and beyond. Your story will help shape educational resources, training materials, and an Open Educational Resource (OER) platform to inspire others and create practical change.
Your voice can illuminate the daily realities of inclusive leadership and help others realize that empathy, courage, and authenticity are powerful tools in shaping better institutions. By sharing your story, you’ll be contributing to a collective archive of knowledge, hope, and leadership that future generations of women can look to for inspiration and guidance.
More than just a testimonial, your narrative can be a catalyst. It can motivate young women entering the workforce, influence policy change, and provide practical blueprints for those building more human-centered organizations.
Who We’re Looking For
We want to hear from you if:
- You identify as a woman in a leadership role—formal or informal
- You care about inclusion, sustainability, and community impact
- You’ve worked to create spaces where people and organizations can improve.
- You’re open to reflecting on your leadership journey, challenges, and lessons learned
No matter your sector; education, business, NGOs, public service; we welcome your unique voice.
We are especially interested in highlighting diverse perspectives, including leaders from underrepresented communities, rural areas, migrant backgrounds, and sectors that are often overlooked. Leadership comes in many forms, and we’re eager to capture its full spectrum. We want to hear real experiences, the struggles as much as the successes. Your vulnerability can be someone else’s turning point.
What to Expect
The interview will be an online or in-person, casual and reflective conversation guided by a set of open-ended questions, in English. It will explore themes such as:
- How you got into leadership
- What you bring to your organization beyond “just getting the job done”
- How you ensure people feel seen, respected, and involved
- How you address bias, promote inclusion, and drive meaningful change
- What helps you make good decisions during uncertainty
- Tools, routines, or practices that others can learn from
All content will be handled with care and professionalism. We will always respect your preferences regarding anonymity and format.
How Your Story Will Be Used
With your permission, your insights will be part of a growing multilingual database of real-world case studies showcasing inclusive and regenerative leadership. These interviews will:
- Be featured on our project’s platform
- Inform national workshops and international training sessions
- Help build a more inclusive future for leaders, learners, and organizations
The stories collected will also feed into policy recommendations at European level, helping to highlight the importance of gender-responsive leadership in vocational education, workforce development, and lifelong learning. By participating, you become part of a larger movement – one that values care, purpose, and inclusion as essential qualities for future-ready leadership.
