Within the framework of its contribution to the European project Women Entrepreneurship Enhancement-WIN, the organisation Eurosuccess Consulting participated in the training of experts that took place in the Hungarian town of Gyor, between 10th and 12th of December, 2014.
The Vice president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nicosia (NCCI) and the holder of the European Ambassador Entrepreneur title, Mrs Elena Tanou, also took part in the above named training, along with the executives of Eurosuccess.
As part of the project and with the support of the Nicosia Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Mrs Tanou, as well as other experts and trainers, Eurosuccess will, within 2015 , take over the training and guidance of young women interested in establishing their own business, covering topics such as Strategic Development, Business Organization, Marketing, Accounting Management, International Collaboration, etc.
In further detail, the aim of the project is the development of women’s professional skills and the understanding of the characteristics of female entrepreneurship and its position within the geographical and socio-economic context as well as the encouragement of establishing and running a new business.
In short, the most important stages of the project are the Research based on different sources and surveys for understanding the present situation, the needs and the deficiencies of each country that partakes in the project, the Upgrading and Adjusting of training materials and tools, Training of the experts and the Pilot Testing in each partner country of the project (Cyprus, Hungary, Poland and Italy).
The duration of the project is 24 months, from 01/11/2013 until 31/10/2015.
