In an increasingly competitive tourism landscape, digital transformation and service accessibility have become key success factors for every agrotourism and rural tourism business.
The European project DigAccess Agrotourism responds directly to this need, offering Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) the opportunity to grow through targeted guidance, practical tools, and European expertise, at no financial cost.
In this context, a free webinar is being organised, serving as the ideal introduction for businesses that want to understand how they can take the next step in their development.
During the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the project’s activities, the participation opportunities, and the specific benefits of joining the programme. Particular emphasis will be placed on how businesses can enhance their digital presence, improve the visitor experience, and reach a broader and more diverse audience.
Selected businesses will take part in a structured 4-month mentoring programme, during which they will collaborate with specialised mentors. These mentors have been trained within the project through dedicated capacity-building sessions in Bologna, in line with European standards, and are equipped to provide practical, applicable, and tailored support.
Through this process, each business will develop an individual digital development plan, tailored to its specific needs and capabilities. This plan will not remain theoretical, but will be supported through guidance for its implementation, ensuring tangible and measurable results.
In addition, participating businesses will gain access to free workshops (both in-person and online), offering valuable opportunities to connect and exchange experiences with other SMEs at both national and European level, strengthening networking and collaboration.
Participation in the programme will enable businesses to strengthen their digital presence:
• improve the accessibility of their services,
• attract new visitor groups,
• and enhance their overall competitiveness in a modern European environment.
The webinar is the first step for businesses that wish to take advantage of this opportunity and join a programme that combines knowledge, practical application, and a strong European dimension.
