{"id":768,"date":"2018-10-10T11:27:20","date_gmt":"2018-10-10T11:27:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euros.demo314.eu\/scheme-for-providing-grant-for-small-and-medium-sized-enterprises-to-promote-rural-tourism\/"},"modified":"2022-01-05T09:08:01","modified_gmt":"2022-01-05T09:08:01","slug":"163-sxedio-paroxis-xorigion-pros-mikres-kai-mesaies-epixeiriseis-gia-proothisi-tou-agrotourismoy-stin-ypaithro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eurosc.eu\/en\/schemes\/163-sxedio-paroxis-xorigion-pros-mikres-kai-mesaies-epixeiriseis-gia-proothisi-tou-agrotourismoy-stin-ypaithro\/","title":{"rendered":"Scheme for providing grant for small and medium-sized enterprises to promote rural tourism"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Scheme refers to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 tourist accommodation (excluding any hotel),<br \/>\n\u2022 restaurants,<br \/>\n\u2022 taverns,<br \/>\n\u2022 traditional cafes and restaurants<br \/>\n\u2022 enrichment-related activities related to nature, culture and tradition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The objectives of the scheme are:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 The encouragement of investments by SMEs for activities aiming at enriching the cultural and environmental elements of rural areas, with an eye to strengthening the employment and enhancing the income of the local residents.<br \/>\n\u2022 The conservation and improvement of elements of the character and the originality of the countryside such as the traditional settlements, with an aim to contributing towards an integrated, authentic touristic experience.<br \/>\n\u2022 The enhancement of tourism activities in the countryside by means of the creation of new agro-touristic developments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The eligible interventions for funding are:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Maintenance \/ restoration and \/ or alteration of listed buildings or ancient monuments for the operation of new business activities and for the configuration of their surroundings space.<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintenance \/ restoration and \/ or conversion preserved buildings or ancient monuments and the configuration of their surrounding space to upgrade existing businesses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The maximum funding amount is\u00a0<strong>\u20ac200.000<\/strong>.
