The subsidy covers a percentage of the salary costs of the employee and the trainer, as well as the cost of operating expenses of the training, for a period of\u00a0<strong>four (4) months.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The main requirements are the following:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-2\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Be\u00a0<strong>long-term<\/strong>\u00a0registered as\u00a0<strong>unemployed (over 6 months).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case that employer has already employed the person, has to submit the application within maximum\u00a0<strong>two (2) months from the date of his\/her employment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Applications are accepted by\u00a0<strong>university degree holders<\/strong>\u00a0who are between\u00a0<strong>30+<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Minimum wage, which has to be provided to the employee is\u00a0<strong>\u20ac1000 gross\/month.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case that the unemployed has previous work experience relevant to the position for which he\/she is intended in the business \/ organization,\u00a0<strong>this should be not more than eight (8) months.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The employer must not\u00a0<strong>terminate<\/strong>\u00a0any employee, who held the same position with the unemployed,\u00a0<strong>for the last eight months from the date of his\/her employment, as well as during the program.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The employer is obliged to continue to employ the employee for<strong>\u00a0at least two months after the end of the program, under the same working and financial conditions (without subsidy support).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project is\u00a0<strong>DE MINIMIS<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nMaximum subsidy amount<strong> \u20ac1310\/ month &#8211; \u20ac5240 total.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Scheme provides the opportunity to businesses to recruit unexperienced unemployed people, through\u00a0funding.
