{"id":5983,"date":"2022-10-21T17:17:06","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T14:17:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euros.demo314.eu\/news\/self-check-a-tool-for-assessment-of-entrepreneurial-competences\/"},"modified":"2023-07-24T12:51:26","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T09:51:26","slug":"self-check-a-tool-for-assessment-of-entrepreneurial-competences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eurosc.eu\/en\/projects-en\/vet-en\/self-check-a-tool-for-assessment-of-entrepreneurial-competences\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cSELF CHECK \u2013 a tool for assessment of entrepreneurial competences\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The project\u00a0<strong>SELF CHECK<\/strong>\u00a0aims to strengthen the support system for social economy entities by increasing the competences of the staff of the accredited\u00a0<strong>Social Economy Support Centers (OWES).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Project objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop tools and solutions to support people who:\n<ul>\n<li>start a business (social enterprise)<\/li>\n<li>introduce a new business activity in their organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Providing knowledge and skills in the field of economic and administrative aspects of business running\n<ul>\n<li>Soft and interpersonal Skills incl. entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Generate a training plan providing information how to improve the competencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The SELF CHECK project is supported by the Cooperation Fund Foundation within the \u201cPaths of cooperation \u2013 support for entities implementing international cooperation\u201d and co-financed from the European Social Fund under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development.<\/p>\n<p>Expected results<\/p>\n<p>The final version of the tool will consist of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on-line tool for self-assessment of entrepreneurial competencies of a person going to establish a company.\n<ul>\n<li>Allowing for a quick and easy identification of own entrepreneurial competencies<\/li>\n<li>Determine the level of each competency<\/li>\n<li>Indicate the desired level and identify competency gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Generate an individual competence improvement program to complete the competency gaps i.e. developing attitudes and skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Manual\/Instructions on how to use the tool<\/li>\n<li>Modular training program in the field of entrepreneurship &#8211; adaptable to the needs of individuals, with the focus on the diagnosed competency gaps and their elimination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong>\u00a001\/02\/2021 \u2013 03\/09\/2021<\/p>\n<p>The project consortium consists of the Polish partner as a leader, the Polish Foundation of the Opportunities Industrialization Centers \u201cOIC Poland\u201d and the Cyprus partner, Eurosuccess Consulting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The project\u00a0SELF CHECK\u00a0aims to strengthen the support system for social economy entities by increasing the competences of the staff of the accredited\u00a0Social Economy Support Centers (OWES).
