SKILLS -\u2060 Real Estate New Alternative Skills &#8211; project aims to define and promote a new set of knowledge, skills and competencies for Real Estate occupations. The main objective is to tackle a specific skills gap by integrating Health &amp; Wellbeing knowledge in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) of Real Estate Managers for the development of innovative and profitable solutions in Workplace Management.<\/p>\n<p>This will be achieved by designing, testing and delivery of a European Pilot VET Programme targeting new graduates and professionals in the field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The main objectives of the project are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-2\">\n<li>To intervene on VET level, increasing the knowledge and the expertise of new graduates and young professionals of the field<\/li>\n<li>Enabling learners to design and manage innovative solutions in workplace, inspired by health, wellbeing, energy efficiency, Ecodesign, and Domotics<\/li>\n<li>To contribute on spreading a sustainable culture of workplace management, capable of meeting employees\u2019 needs, increasing their performances and productivity in terms of creativity and innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Along with Eurosuccess, the project consortium is composed of 11 partners coming from Italy, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Portugal, Greece, Spain.<\/p>\n<p>Duration:\u00a0<strong>01\/12\/2017 &#8211; 30\/11\/2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information please visit the project website:\u00a0<strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.renewal-project.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.renewal-project.eu<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The R.E.NewAL.
