Eurosuccess Consulting coordinates the\u00a0ENREAC-HEI<\/strong>\u00a0project that aims to develop and test a set of MOOC courses on Research skills and Open Science practices, addressed to Higher Education students to increase their skills and competences in research management, open science techniques, collaboration and teamwork.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0main objectives<\/strong>\u00a0of the project are to:<\/p>\n

– Increase the knowledge on current Open Science Practices and Research skills of the project participants<\/p>\n

– Enlarge the partners\u2019 training offer in the area<\/p>\n

– Foster HEI\u2019s capacity for collaboration with other institutions<\/p>\n

– Boost the usability – relevance \u2013 adequacy \u2013 sustainability of the program by engaging and sharing ownership with relevant actors, experts and stakeholders at local and regional level<\/p>\n

Main Outputs of the project<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. eLearning course on Essential Researchers\u2019 Skills<\/strong>: development of project management skills, budget, team and data management, IT skills, networking, time management, communication and presentation.<\/li>\n
  2. eLearning course on Open Science Skills<\/strong>: a comprehensive approach to \u201cOpen Science-related elements for Researchers\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Trainers\u2019 Training Manual<\/strong>: a manual for trainers on how to implement and deliver the program.<\/li>\n
  4. eLearning Platform<\/strong>: a digital space to support the learning process (e-learning material and assessment tools).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The European dimension of the ENREAC-HEI project is ensured through a diverse consortium of partners from five European countries: Cyprus (Eurosuccess Consulting- Project Coordinator and European University Cyprus), Italy (Associazione PROGETTO MARCONI), Poland (OIC Poland Foundation), Portugal (Instituto Politecnico de Santarem) and Bulgaria (Varna Free University).<\/p>\n
