A Meeting of Vision and Action in the VET Sector with a focus on Wellbeing<\/strong><\/p>\n

The EfVET Annual Conference 2025<\/strong> once again proved to be a milestone event for the European VET community. Hosted in Fatima, Portugal, the conference brought together policymakers, educators, and innovators shaping the future of skills, inclusion, and digital transformation in Europe.<\/p>\n

The event opened with remarks from Joachim James Calleja<\/strong>, President of EfVET, and Stefano Tirati<\/strong>, Vice President for Outreach, <\/strong>alongside Luis Costa<\/strong>, Executive Director of ANESPO, and Elisabete Marques<\/strong> from F\u00e1tima Hospitality School. A special welcome message<\/strong> was delivered by Roxana M\u00eenzatu<\/strong>, Executive Vice-President for Social Rights and Skills at the European Commission, setting the tone for a conference deeply rooted in collaboration and European values.<\/p>\n

High-level discussions followed, including a Policy Panel<\/strong> moderated by Stylianos Mavromoustakos<\/strong> (Foundation for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes), with speakers from CEDEFOP<\/strong>, EURASHE<\/strong>, EVTA<\/strong>, and leading VET institutions across Europe. Parallel Panel Discussions<\/strong>, moderated by Joao Santos, <\/strong>explored the role of communication, wellbeing, and innovation in shaping the future of vocational education.<\/p>\n

Eurosuccess Consulting Co-Hosts Two Engaging Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Among the many highlights of the conference, Eurosuccess Consulting<\/strong>, together with OIC Poland Foundation<\/strong>, co-hosted two interactive sessions that stood out for their focus on accessibility, inclusion, and wellbeing in the workplace.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0A. Roundtable: DigAccessAgrotourism \u2013 Digital Transition for Accessible Agrotourism<\/strong><\/p>\n

The roundtable introduced the DigAccessAgrotourism project<\/strong> (Grant Agreement No. 101167990), co-funded under the SMP-COSME-2023-SEED<\/em> call. The initiative aims to empower social economy enterprises and SMEs in the agrotourism sector to advance their digitalisation journey<\/strong> while ensuring universal accessibility<\/strong> for individuals with disabilities.<\/p>\n

Participants engaged in a lively discussion around the Framework for Digital Transition in Agrotourism Organisations<\/strong>, which captures the needs and good practices of rural tourism enterprises across Poland, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, and Portugal.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0B. Workshop: Hybrid Harmony \u2013 Thriving Through Psychological Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Hybrid Harmony Workshop<\/strong>, co-led by Irini Iacovidou<\/strong>, Head of the Projects Department at Eurosuccess Consulting, and Dr. Ewelina Iwanek<\/strong>, President of the Board of OIC Poland Foundation, focused on building psychological safety<\/strong> within hybrid and dispersed teams; an essential foundation for wellbeing, productivity, and collaboration.<\/p>\n

Through interactive exercises, participants reflected on what it means to create a culture of openness and trust, drawing on insights from Amy Edmondson\u2019s \u201cThe Fearless Organization\u201d<\/strong> and Google\u2019s Project Aristotle<\/em>. The workshop showcased tools and frameworks developed under the Erasmus+ project WellbeINTeam<\/em><\/a>, including a Team Psychological Safety Measurement Tool<\/strong>, an Organizational Toolbox<\/strong>, and an AI-supported web-based training programme<\/strong> for hybrid teams.<\/p>\n

A Commitment to Inclusion and Wellbeing<\/strong><\/p>\n

Both sessions demonstrated Eurosuccess Consulting\u2019s commitment to combining digital transformation with human-centered development<\/strong>.
