This effort led to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Interviews and a podcast<\/strong> featuring women in leadership, highlighting pathways, obstacles and enabling policies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Case studies<\/strong> that make visible unconscious biases and their operational effects in recruitment, task allocation, progression and learning.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Good practices<\/strong> in sustainable and regenerative workplace management, showcasing how systems thinking can nurture inclusion, wellbeing and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What the early insights tell us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The conversations and evidence collected point to a few recurring needs: a shared language for DEI across teams; simple, credible ways to surface hidden biases; and leadership approaches that build places where people and organisations can thrive over time. Importantly, VET providers and SMEs asked for actionable tools that fit busy schedules and varying levels of DEI maturity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What comes next<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These insights now feed directly into two core outputs:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>A digital self-assessment tool<\/strong> to help organisations (workplaces and VET settings) map their current DEI realities, identify priority gaps and receive tailored suggestions\u2014supported by a <strong>check-up matrix<\/strong> to track progress.<\/li>\n<li><strong>An Open Educational Resource (OER) platform<\/strong> that will host micro-learning assets, case studies, templates and guidance on systems thinking and <strong>regenerative leadership<\/strong> for inclusive practice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pilots and user-testing will begin in the next phase, alongside <strong>international webinars<\/strong> on diversity &amp; inclusion, systems thinking and regenerative leadership.
