Project Aim: <\/u><\/p>\n

Teachers\u2019 HAVEN Academy <\/strong>aims to provide a complete high quality, research-based training course<\/strong> and support system <\/strong>for teachers in training and teachers in the profession<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Project Objectives:<\/u><\/p>\n

The project focuses on achieving its aims through three<\/strong> main<\/strong> pillars<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Provide methods, tools<\/strong>, and resources to improve<\/strong> occupational well-being<\/strong> and foster personal development<\/li>\n
  2. Design and develop a training course<\/strong> aimed at increasing<\/strong> teachers\u2019 professional skills<\/strong> and self-efficacy<\/strong> (incl. class management skills, relationship management and didactic and pedagogical skills)<\/li>\n
  3. Create a network<\/strong> and build a community<\/strong> of experienced teachers, experts, peers, that can provide support<\/strong>, orientation<\/strong> and counselling<\/strong> to teachers in training and professional teachers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Key results:<\/u><\/p>\n

    1. The Academy e-learning platform<\/strong> (WSEI e-learning platform) – <\/strong>The Teachers\u2019 HAVEN Academy\u2019s e-learning platform, hosted by WSEI University, offers an interactive and accessible digital space featuring self-study modules<\/strong>, video lessons<\/strong>, and live lectures designed to support teachers’ well-being and professional self-efficacy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Teachers\u2019 Haven website<\/strong> – The Teachers\u2019 HAVEN website serves as the central hub for project information, resources, news, and engagement opportunities, available in all partner languages while enhancing the project’s visibility and impact.<\/li>\n
    3. Three Teachers\u2019 Haven annual congresses <\/strong>in Cyprus, Portugal, and Italy<\/li>\n
    4. Two international Teachers\u2019 Sanctuary bootcamps <\/strong>in Romania and Italy<\/li>\n
    5. Local Teachers\u2019 Sanctuary bootcamps <\/strong>in the participating countries<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The partnership was formed on the initiative of OIC Poland Foundation and constitutes a blend of complementary partners in initial teachers education, continuous professional development, research and private sector:<\/p>\n
