We shared ideas, brainstormed, and laid the groundwork for the next big steps in this groundbreaking initiative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s Next? Creating Tools for the Future of Work!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of our key upcoming tasks is the creation of two innovative ICT tools aimed at improving hybrid workplaces.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Psychometric Tool for Measuring Psychological Safety<\/strong> \u2013 This tool will assess the individual perception of psychological safety in hybrid teams.
