Fit for the Future

Fit for the Future

Our organisation coordinates the Fit for the Future project as part of Erasmus+, with the goal to eliminate barriers related to gender, cultural, and intersectional discrimination in workplaces and educational environments. Its primary aspiration is to promote diversity and inclusion by training regenerative leaders and to provide teachers and trainers with skills, knowledge, and tools to create an inclusive work and study culture. The project also aims to raise awareness of non-discrimination policies and support the promotion of women in leadership roles.
