COMTRAIN project is based on the results of the LDV-project “ASTRA”, implemented in the period 2004-2006 and the results of the CECE project (2007-LDV-TOI-109). The results of the ASTRA project have been assessed by the external evaluator of the Polish National Agency and received a very good score.
The project aims to refine the developed tool which allows the screening and the charting of key competences; the generation of training needs which can lead to individualized training plans. It is planned to transfer and adapt training programmes and training materials towards new EU countries and organizations (Cyprus, Portugal and Lithuania).
The Project assumption meets with the main targets of Lisbon Strategy.
The project consortium is comprised by Cyprus (Eurosuccess Consulting), Poland, Belgium, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Portugal.
