The aim of Women entrepreneurship enhancement (WIN) project is the development of womens skills to a professional level, understanding the characteristics of women entrepreneurs and their relationship with the geographical and socioeconomic context and to promote the establishment and operation of new businesses.
The Increase SMEs export skills through e-learning (E-EMPORIO) project aims to contribute in developing skills of the staff who work in SMEs which are active, or wish to be, in exporting of products & services, as well as unemployed people, providing them with a comprehensive, quality support and practical orientation.
DRYMOS project aims to contribute to the improvement of the training of forest professionals by offering them complete, qualitative, results-oriented and practice-oriented learning contents which will be delivered through the use of a blended learning method that would combine e-learning and face-to-face seminars.
The motivation for this project lies in the lack of a European-wide valid set of training modules and certification of entrepreneurial skills of young people. Europe is far from exploiting its potential of successful entrepreneurship in secondary and higher education, because it often fails to mobilize the right innovative ressources and young brains. The project aims at delivering to innovative young minds the qualification to turn their product and service ideas into an enterprise in a successful and sustainable manner.
"New skills for new jobs" is the new EU strategy that concerns also the ability to solve problems, learning from different disciplines and multicultural experiences, to work and take decisions in a global context. In this sense, VET actors and trainers need to improve their training offer and methodologies in order to boost this kind of skills and aptitudes.
In the current period of dynamic economic development and a great number of diverse companies in operation, it seems important to define the characteristics of an entrepreneur that enable him or her not only to survive, but also to develop and become successful.
The main goal of IMPROFARM project is to support transfer of innovations and know-how between the partner countries to support development of skills and competencies of farmers and employees in the agriculture sector and related services, to support effectiveness of services and production related to agriculture, to support development of rural areas and employment in rural areas in partner countries.
COMTRAIN project is based on the results of the LDV-project "ASTRA", implemented in the period 2004-2006 and the results of the CECE project (2007-LDV-TOI-109). The results of the ASTRA project have been assessed by the external evaluator of the Polish National Agency and received a very good score.
The project, which was built on the work done last year within an EU financed support action (Innovation Coach) aims at transferring and adapting an existing training programme owned by ISTUD Business School-Italy for supporting SMEs in undertaking the changing process.
