The project, which was built on the work done last year within an EU financed support action (Innovation Coach) aims at transferring and adapting an existing training programme owned by ISTUD Business School-Italy for supporting SMEs in undertaking the changing process.
The training programme seeks to provide the managers of SMEs with the needed skills and attitude for developing an internationalization strategy and an action thus managing its implementation.
The above mentioned training programme will be adapted to the actual need of the transferee countries (Cyprus and Hungary) and transferred by a) producing training manuals and guidelines and b) train the trainers/coaches of the beneficiary organizations which will be responsible of the training programme management/delivery.
The project partners come from Cyprus (Eurosuccess Consulting), Hungary, Italy and Finland.
