Project “BRANDING Mentoring – Brand building of EU Enterprises through Mentoring” aims to support, mentor and guide new entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, executives of SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups and members of Chambers of Commerce etc. in regards to cultivating and enhancing their skills and competences related to branding techniques and strategies, marketing of their products and services, and overall extroversion awareness that will lead to successful business results and practices.
More specifically this project aims – through a well-balanced and multifaceted methodology that includes research, identification, recruitment, training and evaluation of participants – to organize and implement mentoring schemes in the field of branding and brand building that will benefit both the mentees and the mentors.
The project’s main results are:
- Research report – It will be divided in two parts: a) field research addressed to start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, entrepreneurs, business agents, business support organizations and all other related stakeholders; and b) desk research for any other relevant literature, projects, programmes, networks, international best practices and initiatives in relation to branding and mentoring process in general.
- Mentoring Handbook that includes a) the mentoring methodology, b) the training material to be utilized during mentoring, c) the mentoring principles, roles and rules to be respected, specified both for the mentors and for the mentees, d) the origin and design of the “BRANDING Mentoring” project
- Mentoring Schemes – their overall aim will be to learn from similar experiences and to succeed in branding own products and/or services.
The project consortium consists of partners from Cyprus (Eurosuccess Consulting), Hungary (coordinator), Greece, Poland and Slovenia.
