Giorgos Giorgakis is the founder and Managing Director of Eurosuccess Consulting. He has graduated from the European University of Cyprus, with a Master Degree (MBA) in Business Administration in July 2008. He has developed, managed and implemented more than 85 EU and National (FP, LLP, JUSTICE, ERASMUS+ etc.) projects since 2006. Mr Giorgakis is also the Coordinator of the VET and training activities for Eurosuccess, which is accredited as VET Center by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus – the relevant public authority as regards to training and education. As regards to the participation of professional bodies and associations at EU level, Mr Giorgakis is the National Representative for Cyprus, at European Forum of Vocational Education and Training (EfVET). Under this capacity, Mr Giorgakis is actively participating into various working groups, trainings, events and conferences contributing in this way to the development of the EU strategies as well as supporting all relevant organizations, in Cyprus and abroad.
Katerina Markidou is a Business Development Consultant. She is an MBA holder from the University of Nicosia and she also has a bachelor degree in Sociology from Panteion University, specializing in criminology, crime prevention, drug abuse (laws and policies), sociology development, sociology of education and education. She has previously worked for the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus, specifically on national recruitment funded schemes for unemployed and young people. She has been actively involved in the preparation and implementation of funding programs and other opportunities for SMEs and Organizations, mainly in the development and training of Human Resources, through research and innovative programs. She is also responsible for the preparation of financial reports of the European programs in which the company participates as well as for the various certifications of the organization where she has a supportive role. Katerina, is managing different dissemination activities of the organization, including the frequent update of various websites of the organization.
Chrystalla Panagi is the Director of the Projects Department at Eurosuccess Consulting and holds two bachelor's degrees in European Studies and Modern Languages and in Classical Studies from the University of Cyprus. She is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the projects department, developing research proposals and designing effectively the resource planning of the organisation. Previously, she worked as a Project Manager at the Pancyprian Volunteerism Coordinative Council working on European projects related to volunteering and humanitarian aid. Also, in 2013 she completed an internship at the European Commission Representation in Cyprus. She is a board member at one of the biggest youth NGOs in Cyprus, YEU Cyprus and a volunteer in various other organisations, where she organized and delivered a number of short-training programs and activities.
Maria Koumparou is a Project Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Surrey, focusing in youth and international crime, criminal law, and the sociology of work. She is also a holder of a Master in Social Research from the University of Edinburgh, specializing in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Maria has previously worked as a Research Assistant at a private market research company, assigned in social and market research projects. Maria is involved in a number of European and national projects that aim to educate individuals coming from various industries, for example the agriculture and woodworking industry, science, and technology, as well as from various socioeconomic backgrounds, for example disadvantaged groups and young people.
Giota Lilli is a Project Manager. She has completed her Bachelor studies in the field of Social Sciences at the University of Cyprus and is currently completing her Postgraduate studies in the field of “Human Resources Management and Corporate Strategy”. Giota is certified as a Project Management Professional and is fluent in English and Spanish. She has previously worked as Flight Attendant, Social Worker and as Training and Development Officer at the University of Nicosia. Throughout her career path and participation in Erasmus+ programs, she mainly worked with vulnerable groups (immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers, people with financial difficulties), with young people living in alternative care systems, with people who were under the influence of addictive substances, as well as with people in custody.
Marianna Araouzou is a Project Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies and Modern Languages, with a Minor Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s Degree in International Development from the University of Manchester. She is specialized in migration issues as well as on rising powers and political systems of the EU. Marianna is fluent in Greek and English as well as she has a good command of the French language. Previously, she has worked as a customer service advisor, which helped her evolve her communication and social skills. She is a member of various NGOs in Cyprus and has participated in a number of seminars concerning mainly the EU activities and policies.
Chariclea Yiangou is a Project Manager. She has completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cyprus and the department of the Political Sciences. She also holds an MSc in Democracy and Comparative Politics from the University College London (UCL) specializing in the political behaviour, and an MSc in the Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour from the CIIM. She has previously worked as a Student Supporter, HR Specialist and she has plethora of publications as a Columnist/Journalist in various media, especially on topics related with social issues such as the gender equality. She has faith in human rights, equality and the equity, and she truly believes in the power of youth, and since 2013 she has been actively involved at her local youth council.
Vasileios Poulikakos is a Project Manager. He has a bachelor degree in Agriculture, and an integrated master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki specializing in Agricultural Financing and Investment Evaluation, Macroeconomics, Natural resource and environmental economics. He also holds a master’s degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from the University in Glasgow focusing on: Development Policy, Policies for Sustainability and Development, Theory and Principles of Sustainability and Project Planning Appraisal and Implementation. He has previously worked as an Assistant Environmental Consultant at the General Directorate of Agricultural Economy at Central Macedonia working on research and analysis on the status of climate change policies, strategies and communications with project partners and communications with relevant ministries. He has participated to the European funded program Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs.
Eleni Soteriou is the Marketing and Networking Officer. She started her education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at the University of East Anglia followed by a Postgraduate degree on International Events Management at the University of Surrey. She then gained experience in the hospitality industry, more specifically in corporate conference and event management in London working in central business venues. Eleni continued her career in event management in Cyprus, organizing and producing international, educational conferences and summits in the gaming industry. To develop further her skills, she has then completed a second Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing at the Cyprus Institute of Marketing. Eleni is responsible for promoting the organization’s services as well as support the dissemination of the European Funded Projects.
Maria Mavronicola is a Project Manager. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training and Community Intervention from the University of Coimbra. Under the Erasmus + programme, she has completed an internship in an NGO in Serbia during which she specialized in refugee and mgrant education and empowerment. In the context of European Voluntary Service (EVS) she has worked as a workshop facilitator and assistant project manager in a Portuguese NGO that focuses on the empowerment of youth at risk. She has participated in many Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses and has been an active member of ESN Nicosia. She is volunteering in various groups that work with and for the refugee and migrant community in Cyprus. She is a lifelong learning enthusiast and a strong believer that social change and the creation of a fairer and more humane society can be achieved through education.
