Giorgos Giorgakis, is the founder and Managing Director of Eurosuccess Consulting. He has graduated from the European University of Cyprus, with a Master Degree (MBA) in Business Administration in July 2008. He has developed, managed and implemented more than 60 EU and National (FP, LLP, JUSTICE, ERASMUS+ etc.) projects since 2006. He has also developed various applications regarding both EU and National funding schemes, for SMEs and physical entities. so as to create and develop their business’ operations or innovative ideas and bring them to life. In addition, he has been actively involved in preparing and implementing public tenders especially in regards to HR Development, Management and Consulting.
Katerina Markidou is a Business Development Consultant. She is an MBA holder, from the University of Nicosia. In addition she is a holder of a Bachelor in Sociology, from the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, specializing in forensic issues, crime prevention, drug abuse (laws and policies), development sociology, sociology of education and juvenile delinquency. She has attended a series of seminars on sociological issues for youth and social development and Social Media Marketing. She has been actively involved in preparing and implementing funding schemes and other opportunities for SMEs and Organizations, mainly in regards to Human Resource development and training, through research and innovative programs.
Chrystalla Panagi, is the Director of the Projects Department and holds 2 bachelor's degrees in European Studies and Modern Languages and in Classical Studies from the University of Cyprus. Chrystalla is fluent in English and Greek and has a good command of Spanish and German. Previously, she worked as a Project Officer at the Pancyprian Volunteerism Coordinative Council working on a European project related to volunteering and humanitarian aid. Also, in 2013 she completed an internship at the European Commission Representation in Cyprus. She is an active member and volunteer in various youth NGOs in Cyprus and has participated in a number of transnational projects, training programs and activities.
Chara Triteou, is a Project Manager and holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master degree in Curriculum Studies and Comparative Education at the University of Cyprus. Chara is fluent in Greek and English and has a very good command of Spanish and French. She worked as a research associate in the UNESCO Chair on Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment of the University of Cyprus and was one of the main researchers in a two-year research project funded by the European Program Europe for Citizens. She also worked as an assistant project manager at an international non-governmental organisation in Brussels, Belgium. She has been actively involved in developing research proposals and has participated in various organizing committees for conferences, seminars and trainings. Chara was also a board member in a youth non-governmental organization in Cyprus where she has participated and organized several local activities and short-term transnational training programs.
Maria Koumparouis a Project Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Surrey, focusing in youth and international crime, criminal law, and the sociology of work. She is also a holder of a Master in Social Research from the University of Edinburgh, specializing in quantitative and qualitative research methods. She is fluent in Greek and English. Maria has previously worked as a Research Assistant at a private market research company, assigned in social and market research projects. She has participated in a number of Cyprus Red Cross Society seminars on smoking, prevention policies, and substance use, while she has been actively involved in organizing and implementing charity events.
Giota Lilli is a Project Manager.She has completed her Bachelor studies in the field of Social Sciences at the University of Cyprus and is currently completing her Postgraduate studies in the field of “Human Resources Management and Corporate Strategy” at the CIM. Giota is certified as Project Management Professional and is fluent in English and Spanish. She has previously worked as Flight Attendant, as well as Training and Development Officer at the University of Nicosia. Through her personal and professional career, she volunteered in NGO activities for the implementation of various projects, she involved herself in the research field on several social issues and she worked with many vulnerable groups for their smooth educational and social reintegration. Additionally, she worked as a Research Associate in the implementation of the ON-THE-MOVE project undertaken by the University of Cyprus in collaboration with other European countries. Ιn 2015, she also had the opportunity to be in Spain for 6 months under the umbrella of the Erasmus+ student exchanging program and in 2017 she completed an internship in Greece, under the umbrella of the Erasmus Placement program.
Marianna Araouzou is a Project Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies and Modern Languages, with a Minor Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s Degree in International Development from the University of Manchester. She is specialized in migration issues as well as on rising powers and political systems of the EU. Marianna is fluent in Greek and English as well as she has a good command of the French language. Previously, she has worked as a customer service advisor, which helped her evolve her communication and social skills. She is a member of various NGOs in Cyprus and has participated in a number of seminars concerning mainly the EU activities and policies.
