This October, we are hosting a one-day national training workshop in Cyprus as part of the Erasmus+ Fit for the Future project. The workshop will bring together professionals who want to explore practical approaches to organisational development, inclusive leadership, and positive workplace transformation.

Who is the workshop for?
The training is open to managers, team leaders, HR professionals, trainers, educators, VET staff, inclusion and wellbeing officers, NGO and SME representatives, and anyone interested in supporting meaningful organisational change.
Participants may register individually or together with colleagues from their organisation, creating an opportunity for shared reflection, collaboration, and practical planning.
What will you explore?
Through interactive activities, guided reflection, and group exercises, participants will be introduced to approaches that can help organisations become more inclusive, participatory, and adaptable.
The workshop will explore:
- Regenerative leadership
- Systems thinking
- Inclusion and workplace wellbeing
- Participatory decision-making
- Collaborative organisational change
- Practical approaches for building resilient workplaces
A central part of the training will focus on turning ideas into action. Each participant will have the opportunity to develop a personalised Regenerative Pathway, identifying realistic actions that can be applied within their organisation or professional context.
The workshop will also provide space to reflect on current workplace realities, exchange experiences with other professionals, and consider how small, practical steps can contribute to sustainable, long-term change.
Participants who complete the workshop will receive a Certificate of Participation.
