Teachers HAVEN Project Kick-Off Meeting: A Promising Start in Lublin
The official kick-off meeting took place in Lublin, Poland, hosted by the OIC POLAND Foundation in March 2025. Representatives from all 10 partner organisations came together to align visions, clarify roles, and ignite momentum for what promises to be a truly impactful journey.
Over two productive days, partners shared insights, refined the project’s roadmap, and laid the groundwork for its key deliverables — including the HAVEN Academy e-learning platform, national focus groups, podcasts, teacher bootcamps, and a wealth of tools for emotional resilience and professional growth.
What We Achieved in Lublin:
- Shared a common understanding of project objectives, structure, and impact goals
- Strengthened collaboration across all partners
- Aligned on upcoming tasks in WP2 (Research & Needs Analysis)
- Set a preliminary communications calendar, including social media launches and stakeholder engagement actions
What’s Next?
- National teams will begin teacher questionnaires and focus groups
- The project’s visual identity and social media pages will launch in the coming weeks
- A project flyer and a dedicated website will be published soon
