MPATH – Exploring Pathways Toward Employment

MPATH – Exploring Pathways Toward Employment is an Erasmus + project which aims at providing a sustainable mentoring model, helping its target groups (low skilled workers, long-term unemployed, first-job seekers, Early School Leavers) enter the labour market as well as maintain their job position.

It is important for the project to provide such a mentoring model with activities that are inextricably linked to the mentees’ development needs. Ultimately, MPATH aims at increasing not only the labour market access for its target groups, but also their permanence. The project will equip Small and Medium Enterprises and Organizations with innovative materials, with the purpose of strengthening their staff’s competences.

The project brings together six partner organizations from four different countries: Cyprus (Eurosuccess), Portugal (2), Romania (2) and Hungary.

Duration: 01/09/2015 – 01/09/2018
